How you can work with me

  • Collaboration

    There are a variety of ways we can work together. We can talk through different options to suit your business.

  • Bespoke

    Bespoke design is a great option to work on a brief and create original work for your collections.

  • Licensing Non-exclusive

    Licence a design for an agreed period. Other companies will also be able to licence this design.

  • Licensing Exclusive

    License an exclusive print for an agreed period (usually two years).  

  • Full Buy-out

    Acquire a design at a fixed rate, this will be yours for perpetuity and can be applied across products.  

  • Freelance Designer

    I can work on freelance projects in-house for your team.

  • With each exclusive purchase, you’ll receive:

    • A high-resolution file of your design

    • Photoshop or Illustrator files upon request

    • Three colour options

    • Two size options

    • Colour palettes, including Pantone colours

    • Mockups of your design, if requested

    • Exclusive use of the design for a set period

  • With each non-exclusive purchase, you’ll receive:

    • A high-resolution file of your chosen design

    • One size option

    • One colourway

    • Pantone colours included

  • When working with me to create a bespoke design, we’ll start with an initial consultation—either in person or over the phone.

    Together, we’ll finalise a brief, which will include details like fees and the agreed licensing period.

    We’ll also discuss any colours or inspiration you’d like to incorporate, and if needed, I can create a visual board to bring these ideas to life.

    Once the design is created, you’ll have three opportunities to provide feedback.

    In the end, you’ll receive:

    • A high-resolution file of your design

    • Photoshop or Illustrator files upon request

    • Three colour options

    • Two size options

    • Colour palettes, including Pantone colours

    • Mockups of your design, if requested

    • Exclusive use of the design for a set period

  • There are many ways to work with surface pattern designers. I have worked with start-ups, in collaborations and in percentage-based contracts.

Price Guide

  • Small Business & Non-Exclusive

    Get in touch for non-exclusive costs, small business designs and collaborations. Starting from $150 USD

  • Blender

    A collection Blender is a simple design that complements a collection.

    Starting from $220 USD for two year exclusive period.

  • Coordinate

    A collection coordinate compliments the collection Hero

    Starting from $350 USD for two year exclusive period.

  • Hero

    A collection Hero is the feature of a collection and is usually the most complex design.

    Starting from $500 USD for two year exclusive period.

  • Bespoke

    I work with your brand to make unique designs based on a brief. Companies are given exclusive use on multiple products for perpetuity.

    Starting from $350- $850 USD

  • Collection

    Prices are reduced when buying three or more designs, or a full collection.

Variations in Cost

Many factors come into pricing agreements including time and business size. Royalties may also be negotiated. I work with you to reach a price agreement according to these factors.
